Cancellation and Returns (Right of Withdrawal)

1.        Return period: Under our U.S. return policy, the Buyer may return products within 30 days of delivery if the product is unused, in its original packaging and accompanied by all accessories and proof of purchase (invoice).

2.        Condition of goods: Returned products must be in resalable condition. Items that are damaged through normal wear and tear, misuse or failure to follow instructions may not be eligible for return.

3.        Return shipping: Unless the product is defective or shipped in error, the Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. For defective or incorrect products, we will cover return shipping.

4.        Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund within 10 business days.
